Ehat is the treatment of thyroid?

Thyroid problems: Thyroid what? Overactive? Underactive? Your question needs to be more specific. Many people have an underactive thyroid (hypothyroid). This should be treated with levothyroxine. Herbs, vitamins, iodine, do not generally work.

Levothyroxine : I agree with the other doctors response too. To add on, a TSH=Thyroid Stimulating Hormone, is the screening marker. If the TSH is high this usually suggests that your thyroid is under functioning. The TSH is low then it suggests your thyroid is over functioning. We also check T3 (liothyronine) and T4 levels.
