Possible: It depends on the sensitivity of the pregnancy test and when it was done after ovulation. Pregnancy tests measure HCG, and the blood and urine levels gradually rise after fertilization. Most over the counter tests on urine are sensitive enough to give a positive test about 2 weeks after ovulation, around the time one would expect a period. Urine concentration also affects test.
