I have numbness in my whole hand when i lay down. i do have neck pain would this cause this to happen?

"pinched nerve": There are nerves in your neck that go down to innervate your hand. When anyone of the nerves is affected by being caught between vertebrae or trapped in a muscle it will cause the numbness.. I would advise you to consult an osteopathic physician who may be able to free up the nerve and relieve your symptoms.
