Consider EKG: Assuming that you mean palpitations, it could represent an irregular heart beat. Some types of irregular heart beat are harmless but other types, such as atrial fibrillation, require an evaluation, and possibly further treatment. It would therefore make sense to see your primary care doctor and start by obtaining an EKG.
