Possible: Very possible, but not enough info to fully judge. Are you on a new oral contraceptive?.. often after starting new prescription, periods are irregular for several months thereafter. Or if the lady has not been taking her contraceptive pill with any regularity. I would proceed to take precautions to NOT harm potential pregnancy until a urine pregnancy test is performed to rule in or rule out preg.
