Maybe: Being late for your period can be a sign of pregnancy. However, there are other things that can cause you to be late. Doing a home pregnancy test will provide an easy answer.

Possible: Very possible, but not enough info to fully judge. Are you on a new oral contraceptive?.. often after starting new prescription, periods are irregular for several months thereafter. Or if the lady has not been taking her contraceptive pill with any regularity. I would proceed to take precautions to NOT harm potential pregnancy until a urine pregnancy test is performed to rule in or rule out preg.

Take a HPT (home: pregnancy test ) to know. Reasons for missed /late periods: low body weight, obesity, marked weight gain or loss, over-exercise such as in endurance athletes, breast-feeding, stress, illness, eating disorders (bulimia or anorexia), travel, hormone irregularities, drug use, medications (i.e., birth control) or med problem (polycystic ovary syndrome or Asherman’s syndrome. #1 reason is pregnancy.
