Is tropicamide eye drops an over-the-counter drug?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Nope: Tropicamide, also known as mydriacyl, (tropicamide) is one of several drops used to dilate the pupil during an eye exam. As such, there is no over-the-counter use for it!
