Not normal: Normal semen may appear somewhat "clumpy", however semen should not be difficult to pass. Suggestive of possible urethral stricture, which can prolonged expulsion of semen. Would also cause a weak & prolonged urinary stream. Worth consulting urologist, unless you have strong full stream when you urinate.
