Lubricants for sex: Best lubricants (in my experience of this issue with patients/couples) are ones sold via adult sites and store. Astroglide comes to mind. The old KY jelly was not a great choice, although I hear it is improved. Obviously avoid any with spermicide. Good luck and hope this helps.
