Hematoma or abscess : This could be a hematoma. Was there any injury sustained there. This could also be a abscess. Was there fever with chills ? Lot of other possibilities as well. As for headache I would need to know about location, severity, quality, duration, onset and chronicity to be able to better help. Any other health problems ?
