Early Signs: Pregnancy's first sign is missing a menstrual period. Then a pregnancy test will usually be positive and a manual/visual exam of the cervix by a medical professional will also be likely to show confirming evidence. Other things like tender breasts are less meaningful or clear. Even less are moods. Be patient. If you are not pregnant, find a psychotherapist for an eval of mood issues.
