Yes it is one of: the problem with PCOS , eat balanced diet , count the calories , if you have hypertension ( B P ) control it. Go to gym regularly , 1 mile walk you burn only 100 Cal , You have to burn 3500 Cal to burn each pound of fat each pound of fat so is not a easy task. Follow the advise of your doctor
