A member asked:

Can fluid draining from the ears create a very sticky mucus that pastes itself to the back side of the soft palate? how do you get rid of it if yes?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: Fluid doesn't drain from the ears, sinuses do. Increase water intake do help make the mucus thinner.
