Probably temporary: Vigorous friction anywhere on the body can result in swelling and edema. Give that part of your body a rest and and chance to return to normal.

Close observation : Andrew, This is likely a temporary condition due to over use of the penis. It should resolve but it is very important to watch for any inability to urinate or blood in your urine. Seeing either of these condition should prompt you to seek medical attention right away. After about 48 hours your penis should feel and look normal again. However, if not, then I would advise calling your doctor
