Lump inside lip: Could be simple sebaceous cyst. Could be small blocked mucous duct. Hot compresses can help "draw it out". Try not to poke, press, squeeze it. If no better or worse in next 3-5 days, have a healthcare provider take a look. Hope this helps. Good luck.
