May be ear infection: Or not...it could be migrainous vertigo in a milder form. If an ear infection and viral then, hydration, eating properly, and taking it kind of easy are the best tips. If a bacterial infection then, you will require antibiotics. If due to anxiety or nervousness then, you need to address those issues properly for your head to feel better. Bottom line is that I think a visit to your doc is needed.

Doubt migraine: The symptoms are more consistent with a viral rhino-sinusitis. This problem, is most likely viral, but you must see an ENT doctor for an appropriate diagnosis and treatment. The fluid in the ear feeling is most likely from Eustachian tube edema. 4 days duration is consistent with a viral upper respiratory infection. If symptoms last longer,as above, see an ENT doctor.
