Can succinylcholine kill you?

Succinylcholine: Yes, succinylcholine without proper supervision and airway support can be deadly. Succinylcholine causes a temporary irreversibel binding of your muscles that relax the muscles including the respiratory muscles and can lead to death by lack of oxygen if a proper airway is not established and the patient is not supported with assisted breathing, it lasts 6-8 minutes but is very potent.

Succinylcholine: Would be administered by an anesthesiologist that would have the skills and equipment to deal with the respiratory paralysis, but yes in certain patients it can be lethal, e.g., causing hyperkalemia or mh.
