Probably not: All of the symptoms you are describing can occur after taking Plan B which contains hormones which help prevent conception. Common side effects are breast tenderness and abdominal cramps. Spotting can also occur; depending on where you are in your menstrual cycle, Plan B can cause you to start your period. The only way to be sure you are not pregnant is to take a pregnancy test though.
