Being Sick: Physicians will never guess when it comes to pregnancy. You did not share your menstrual, sexual, or more importantly, your ovulatory history. If you have missed a period then you go get a pregnancy test. If you have not missed a period then you do not need to do a pregnancy test. There are a thousand different reasons for nausea other than pregnancy.
