Can i ovulate 2wk after miscarriage following medical managment? also its only been 8 days since bleeding started + is very light now is this the end?

Probably: Most women won't ovulate for 3-4 weeks after a miscarriage, but anything is possible. Usually bleeding will gradually decrease after a miscarriage, and usually will stop within 1-2 weeks.
