Possibly: While most women take as many as 10 days to 6 weeks to ovulate following a miscarriage, it might be possible to ovulate late as early as five days following a miscarriage. I think three days would be nearly impossible, but someone with a more scientific background who studies this in the lab might be able to give you a more specific answer.
