How long after you gall bladder removal can you have sex?

Sex after surgery: Pretty much the only restriction is related to your personal pain. If you are able to tolerate it you can do it. The only issue is lifting. If you have a slightly larger incision then no heavy lifting (I tell folks 20-30 lbs max) for about 4 weeks is recommended. This decreases your chance of developing a hernia greatly. OVerall though, no real restrictions unless it physically hurts.
