Lip lesions: A red spot on the lip area that evolves into a blister could be a "cold sore" or herpes. If there is tingling in the area beforehand, that makes me suspicious. Plus herpes will come out in the same area since it is the nerve that is infected. Bacterial infections like acne can occur around the lip areas- and I recc to keep hands away from face to reduce this risk. Stress may trigger for these too
