Neuropathy: Sounds like peripheral neuritis. See your PCP first.

Elevated CK and pain: This could be indicative of muscle breakdown and/or a disease process such as diabetes or hypothyroidism or caused by medications. It depends if you have any these conditions. You should talk to your family physician who probably is familiar with your history or to the physician who ordered the CK level. More information is needed in order to determine which specialist you should consult with.
