See a doctor: It may be an infection causing the irritation and this needs to be examined by a doctor.

Test first: I would suggest seeing a gynecologists. Sometimes over irritation can manifest as other more serious disease states. If the testing shows nothing then Aquaphor may help. In general with any creams you have to be careful to not irritate the inside linings of the mucous membranes-for example inside your mouth., inside the vagina skin linings
