Usually none: Testosterone levels vary widely but decrease with age. Men with higher levels have been reported to be at increased risk for heart disease and stroke. If the reason for elevated testosterone is due to use of testosterone supplements, then chronically elevated levels can lead to other complications, such as thickened blood (high hematocrit), suppression of sperm counts and other unknown effects.
