Always a possibility: BCP are not 100% effective. You can always take a pregnancy test. If you miss you next period or have a very light one, take another test to see as the first may be too early.

Unlikely: If you haven't missed any pills and always use condoms for backup, it's unlikely you are pregnant. Sometimes your cycle can start during the last few pills of the pack. If you continue to have irregular cycles, talk to your doctor. Good luck!
