My 4 month old's left eye is slightly more dilated than her right. should i be concerned?

Exam: Don't take any chances. Go to your pediatrician and have her/him inspect the eyes alignment, size and pupil size. If there is concern, they will recommend an exam by a pediatric ophthalmologist. Pupil inequalities do exist in the Normal healthy population, but an examination is essential to reassure that the inequality isn't diseased based.
