With glasses/contact: If you have blurry vision and it's affecting your ability to carry out your normal routine, you may have a refractive error. This means that if your vision is blurry enough (let's say 20/40), &glasses or contacts may be prescribed to correct your visual blurriness. I know of no home therapy, exercise, or medication that improves your eyesight. You are too your for laser vision corrective surgery.
