Depends: If you have been taking your birth control pill regularly (daily) then the chances of being pregnant are low. Taken correctly, birth control pills are 99% effective against pregnancy. You would not have been protected against sexually transmitted infections, however, which is why it's important to use barrier protection until you are sure your partner does not have any transmittable diseases.
