Need more info: Recommend going to the ER right away. This could be many different things, but the biggest concern is a heart attack. You should get to the ER right away to make sure you are not currently having one.

Shoulder pain: Sprain/strain, overuse syndrome, arthritis, tendon (rotator cuff injury), pinching nerve all possibilities. Get it checked out if it continues. Best wishes to you.
