Muscle tightness: Stretching exercises generally are a good idea. Muscles are kind of like springs in that tension can build up inside of them. If you are dehydrated this could aggravate muscle problems AND contribute to fatigue. Muscle stretches should be sustained (not a bouncing movement). Stretching in a hot shower or bath may help too as warm muscles stretch better than cold. Hope that helps!
