What is catafast? : Sorry, I don't know what catafast is. It's not something we have in the US. You can always ask the pharmacist. They are the best professionals to help you with drug interactions.

Yes: Catafast is basically diclofenac which is an anti-inflammatory med. It is safe to take with antibiotics.
