Day-3 ultrasound shown a 6.4cm by 4.3cm ovarian cyst. doctor said my estrogen level is 106 and so i can start clomid (clomiphene) 75mg. good to start? or wait?

I would not: start a patient of mine under these conditions, but your doctor may have different approach with different reasoning. You should ask your doctor to clarify if you are uncomfortable with the decision to start.
