Vit d deficiency : Wow that's a pretty low Vit D level. Start at least 1000 IU Vit D daily . May poke the gel gap with a needle and mix in food for now. You need to see a pediatric endocrinologist ASAP and the work up should include Celiac disease as well. Good luck
