Meningitis: It is difficult to determine what it is that the spinal fluid showed at day 10 or what you mean that your daughter has every sign of meningitis. See the neurologist for clarification of the cerebrospinal fluid results and an alternative cause for the ongoing complaints

Meningismus: I'm not sure what became positive at 10 days. If it was a bacterial culture one could assume that this is meningitis or it might be a contaminant. If the culture is negative, this could be interpreted as spinal meningitis which is usually self limiting. She should follow up with her doctor. One should monitor her and re-evaluate if she worsens.
