Cap ct done on 6dpo. i am aware of increased spontaneous miscarriage. but if pregnancy viable, will my baby be at higher risk for any birth defects?

Highly unlikely: At this stage of the pregnancy it is generally an "all or nothing" radiation effect, i.e. either the embryo is completely unaffected, or there is miscarriage.
