Conception?: You will never know when you got pregnant with any accuracy. If your cycles were regular and your last period was 3/28, then conception would have been about 4/11 and you would be about 9weeks1day now. The ultrasound measurements can be off by +-5-6 days by now. Intercourse anywhere from 4/3 to 4/11 could be responsible for the pregnancy.
