Infection?: You may have a urinary tract infection. Another possibility would be a vaginal infection. See your doctor and get tested. In meantime, drink plenty of water. For ovarian cyst, take Ibuprofen as needed per directions. If pain persists, perhaps it will need to be removed surgically. Good luck!
