TRy: glycerine suppositories. insert one in rectum, lie down on your left side and hold it in for at least 30 minutes before trying to have a BM. Can repeat this in a couple of hours but if unsuccessful need to go to an ER for a probable manual disimpaction, which will have a nurse or doctor remove the stool by hand from your rectum...not a fun experience but 3 weeks is very long to go w/o a BM and can
