Very common issue: Many women can not have an orgasm during intercourse. I am assuming that you can have an orgasm during oral sex/masturbation. The problem may be that your partner's penis is not touching your clitoris during sex. Try this: Have your partner enter your vagina from the rear entry position (aka Doggy Style) and have him reach around with hand and stimulate your clitoris with his fingers during sex.
