What to do if i cannot figure out if i have deuteranomaly or protanomaly. is it possible to have both of them?

No: You will have one or the other (or neither) . Their are tests to make this distinction including the HRR plates, the D-15 cap test and the Farnswoth 100 hue test. Ask your ophthalmologist about this if you need to know.
