Something else: Being able to pop your shoulder voluntarily may indicate some underlying pathology. No pain is a good sign but eventually you may have pain. Sometimes popping can be from subtle instability, labral tears or bursitis with impingement. I would recommend if this continues an evaluation with an orthopedic shoulder specialist like myself.
