What do you advise if i'm seeing my veins everywhere! is this normal?

Normal: You do have veins everywhere! And arteries-but the arteries tend to be 'deeper', so you don't see them like you see veins. Atypical veins may bulge, or be spider-like in appearance. But most of the veins you see are probably normal!!
