Remove: Chondroblastoma is a relatively rare bone lesion originating from primative cartilage cells, the chondroblasts They represent about 1% of bone tumors, also known as CODMAN'S TUMOR. Surgery is important for removal even though mets rare. It can be curetted for removal but would respond better with cryosurgery applied They characteristically arise in the epiphysis or apophysis of long bones
