What do you advise if i'm meant to have 9mg of warfarin a day, i carelessly took 42mg is this amount able to kill me?

Perhaps: You need blood sample checks daily for the next several days and if your INR goes up significantly, you'll need vitamin K (given orally or parenterally depending on result) to reverse it.
