Great Trip!: If you go to the United States State Department web site you can look up the country you are traveling to and they can give you immunization requirements. When I went several years ago I needed yellow fever, typhoid, Hep. A and B and an up to date tetanus. Also request a script for travelers diarrhea. There may be a travel clinic in your area that you can contact. Have a great trip.

CDC website: Go to the website cdc.Gov and click on the vaccine area. Once in there, the section on travel is the place to get all your answers. You can enter in the country and get the up-to-date recommendations and requirements for any country in the world. Have a great trip!

Kenya: Recommended Vaccines if going to Kenya include: Hepatitis A, Typhoid & the regulars (MMR, DTP, Varicella polio & flu shot). Malaria prophylaxis if going to low altitude regions. Yellow fever in some areas of Kenya. Hepatitis B if involved in behaviors that make that a risk. Meningitis if going to Kenya during dry season.
