A member asked:

What do you advise if i'm doing medicine but interested to travel with an astronaut to space?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Virtual travel: AT 46 years, approval for space travel is not in the cards. Missions are filled with astronauts who have proper physical condition, a set of skills that will be useful in the mission, and the right psychological make up to withstand the rigors of this activity. A longing to do this is not sufficient and of course I assume you are taking medicine for something serious which would exclude you.
