No: Premphase (conjugated estrogens and medroxyprogesterone) does not prevent menopause, but is intended to minimize the symptoms of menopause (hot flushes, vaginal dryness, vaginal atrophy, insomnia, mood disorders, etc) and the risks associated with lack estrogen (such as stroke, heart attack, colon cancer, alzheimer's disease, and osteoporosis).
