Does the nuvaring have lots of estrogen like premphase (conjugated estrogens and medroxyprogesterone)?

Much, much more: The nuva-ring is used for contraception and has estrogen levels that mimic the normal levels found in reproductive age women. Prempase is used for postmenopausal hormone replacement and contains a much, much lower dose of estrogen.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
