Non specific symptom: Acute monocytes leukemia is a life-threatening disease. The symptoms are not specific for this disease. Typical symptoms include fatigue, diminished exercise tolerance, bruising, fever, and swollen gums. The diagnosis is made from examination of blood and/or marrow under a microscope.
